In 2007, I used Ventura Construction to do a complete re-model of my condo in Wailea Ekahi, working primarily with Brian Ventura. This job included removing all cabinets and appliances, plumbing fixtures, popcorn ceilings, tile floors, etc.and replacing them with everything new. We also converted bathroom tubs to stall showers. This is a second home for us, and since we live mainly in California, many of the discussions and decisions were made over the phone. I was extremely pleased with the final results, and found Brian very knowledgeable, and conscientious. My calls were returned promptly, and the work completed on schedule.
